These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GSPEED BIKE mobile application (the "App") provided by Baicycle ("we", "us", or "our").

Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.

Account Deletion Request To request deletion of your account, email info@gspeedbike.com. We will delete your account and all personal data within 30 days. After deletion, we will not retain any of that data.

1. Acceptance

By registering, logging in, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Description of the App

The App provides services that may include:

  • account registration, login, and password management;
  • vehicle brand selection and vehicle binding;
  • Bluetooth scanning, connection, and vehicle control;
  • display of vehicle status, battery, temperature, mileage, and related data;
  • fault information lookup;
  • feedback submission;
  • after-sale service center lookup, including optional location-based nearby sorting;
  • app update notifications;
  • account deletion.

Features may vary by vehicle brand, device platform, firmware, and region. Some brands or functions may not be available at all times.

5. Bluetooth and Vehicle Use

You are solely responsible for safe operation of your vehicle and compliance with traffic, safety, and local laws. Bluetooth connectivity may be interrupted by device settings, signal conditions, battery level, or hardware limitations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted connection or real-time accuracy of all vehicle data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the App unlawfully or for fraudulent purposes;
  • interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
  • misuse vehicle control functions in a dangerous or unauthorized manner;
  • upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content;
  • access accounts or systems without authorization.

7. User Content

If you submit feedback or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content to operate, support, and improve the service.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights except a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, SDKs, app stores, device platforms, vehicle hardware, and network providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The App and connected vehicle features are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or vehicle.

Vehicle control and telemetry features are aids only and do not replace your judgment, maintenance obligations, or compliance with applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the App or connected vehicles.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law, except where prohibited by law.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.

You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion through the in-app account settings where available, or by emailing info@gspeedbike.com. We will delete your account and all personal data within 30 days of a valid request; after that, we will not retain any of that data.

14. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights under EU/EEA, UK, US, or other local laws remain unaffected.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be made available in the App and on this page. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
